Privacy notice

This notice explains the processing of personal data submitted through enquiry, quotation and free Mini Radar forms on konkuradar.hu.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

Company name, contact name, business email address, optional website, industry, market, identified competitors, areas of interest, target geography and optional notes. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical data when serving the site.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

Responding to enquiries, clarifying requirements, preparing the free analysis and providing a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests may apply to business communication and security where appropriate (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form does not subscribe the user to marketing emails.

4. Providers and transfers

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. Resend may be used to forward form submissions to the configured business email inbox. The controller must review providers' current data processing terms and any legal mechanisms for transfers outside the EEA as applicable.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed and for no more than 12 months after the enquiry closes, unless a contract, law or legal claim requires longer retention. Contractual or accounting records may be subject to different retention obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request information about and access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction, and may object where applicable. Contact the controller at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).

7. Cookies and analytics

This V1 website does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies or load third-party marketing trackers. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and any required consent management must be updated.

8. Competitor intelligence

Konkuradar primarily works from lawfully accessible public business information. Specific research scope and source use are confirmed before paid work begins.
